  • You are your own best teacher! In any experience led by me, you’ll be encouraged to hold space for your own guidance. The wisdom you need is already within you, you just need the space to listen in.

  • As a space holder I prioritize comfort, safety, and respect. Show up as you are and practice as your whole self.
