Chelsea Rausch is a mom, yogic seeker and mindfulness facilitator who creates practices emphasizing compassion. She's been on her yoga path for over 10 years, learning to compassionately coexist with mental chatter and anxiety. Chelsea's background in Tantric Hatha yoga, mindfulness meditation and the creative arts inspires her workshops, classes and newsletter. Her offerings are influenced by her passion for community and seeing others discover the wholeness within themselves.
My yoga practice started 10 years ago, when it was time to pick an exercise class so I could graduate from college.
I stayed with the physical practice to support running and weight loss goals, but learned yoga has greater gifts to offer. The gifts of yoga have supported me through many years of healing and a journey through IVF.
The biggest gift I’ve received from a dedicated holistic practice is finding ways to co-exist with my extensive mental chatter and anxiety. Yoga helps me navigate the world with mindfulness and non-judgmental compassion.
My hope is to create spaces built on compassion, reminders of the goodness inside and the joy of living compassionate practices. My passion is bringing these practices to anyone undergoing IVF, infertility or trying to build a family.
In 2019, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.
As of 2025 I’m an E-RYT 200, RYT-500 and YACEP teacher with Yoga Alliance. I’ve completed the Into the Depths: Mindfulness Meditation & Mentorship program.
I’m forever indebted to many teachers for their wisdom, generosity and guidance - Vladimir Tchakarov, Yoganand Michael Carroll, Dora Kamau, Kaya Mindlin, Jennifer Treichel, Allie Van Fossen and many more who’ve inspired my growth as a teacher.
I continue to study with Pranakriya and hold additional certifications in mindfulness meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy. Prior to my yoga journey, I completed a B.A in English Literature and Communications and M.F.A in Creative Writing. I love running, have three beautiful children and work behind the scenes at the Body Mind Soul Studio. You’ll regularly find me painting, crocheting or having dance parties.
“My beloved child break your heart no longer. Each time you judge yourself, you break your own heart. You stop feeding on the love which is the wellspring of your vitality. The time has come. Your time. To live. To celebrate. And to see the goodness that you are. You, my child are Divine. You are pure. You are sublimely free. You are God in disguise. And you are always perfectly safe. Do not fight the dark. Just turn on the light. Let go. And breathe into the goodness that you are.” ”
