Compassion

Compassion is at the core of my personal practice and it’s at the heart of how I show up for my students. I believe when we practice compassion, we open doorways to healing, liberation and collective growth.

Community

We all carry our own wisdom, and being in community lets everyone bring their gifts to light. When we come together, we grow, connect, and can support one another in meaningful ways.

Inner Wisdom

You are your best teacher and you already hold the answers. My role as a teacher is to facilitate practices and create spaces where your lived experience, truth and inner wisdom stays centered.

  • If it’s the right fit! Please reach out to me through my contact form to schedule a 1:1 call. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, pricing and if I’m the right teacher for you.

  • The yoga philosophy lessons that created the largest impact on my life teach compassionate self-awareness or the non-judgmental witness. As a teacher I infuse compassion into all of the practices I create, including yoga asana, meditation and pranayama.

    Compassion is only one part of mindfulness and yoga. The practices I share have a long history, lineage and cultural background across South Asia and India.

    I’m indebted to the many teachers who’ve passed on their wisdom through the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita.
